Game Master / Guest Experience Team Member MindTrap Escape Room - 4.0 Temecula, CA Job Details Part-time | Full-time From $16.90 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Customer communication High school diploma or GED Full Job Description MindTrap Escape Room — Temecula & Murrieta, CA MindTrap Escape Room is looking for friendly, energetic, dependable people to join our team as Game Masters. This is a hands-on customer service position in a fun, fast-paced entertainment environment. You'll greet groups, get them excited for their experience, monitor games, provide clues when needed, reset rooms between groups, answer phones and help keep the facility clean and ready for our next guests. You do not need escape room or acting experience. We're primarily looking for people with a great attitude who are comfortable talking to customers, can have fun while still being professional, and can be counted on to show up and get the job done. What You'll Do Welcome guests and help create a fun, memorable experience Explain game rules and give energetic game introductions Monitor escape room games and provide clues when needed Reset rooms accurately and efficiently between groups Take group photos after games Answer phones and help customers with reservations and payments Respond to basic customer questions and emails Help with occasional social media photos or videos Keep the facility, game rooms and common areas clean and organized Work together with the rest of the team during busy shifts Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Outgoing, friendly and easy to talk to Energetic and fun , while still professional with customers Dependable and responsible Comfortable talking to groups of people Able to take direction and work well as part of a team Detail-oriented and able to reset games correctly Able to stay productive without needing constant supervision Willing to clean, organize and help wherever needed Calm and helpful when dealing with customers Interested in games, puzzles or interactive entertainment Available to work evenings and weekends Able to reliably get to work in Temecula and/or Murrieta Customer service, restaurant, retail, hospitality or entertainment experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Authorized to work in the United States Reliable transportation Weekend and evening availability
