Responsibilities Facilitate and oversee game sessions, ensuring all participants understand the rules and objectives. Provide exceptional guest services by engaging with players, answering questions, and addressing any concerns. Manage conflicts that may arise during gameplay, maintaining a positive atmosphere. Assist in the setup and breakdown of game areas, ensuring all equipment is in good condition. Experience Previous experience in guest services or customer service roles is highly desirable. Skills in conflict management to resolve issues amicably and maintain a fun environment. Public speaking experience is essential for narrating game stories and engaging participants. Background in events management or theater can be beneficial for creating immersive experiences.
