As an Escape Room Host (Game Guide), you'll lead participants through a fast-paced, interactive adventure where they uncover clues, solve puzzles, and race against the clock to complete their mission. Requirements Minimum age of 16 Reliable transportation and flexible availability (evenings/weekends may be required) Friendly, upbeat personality with strong engagement skills Confident communicator with solid customer service abilities Detail-oriented with strong recall skills Comfortable using basic computer systems Key Responsibilities Welcome guests and complete check-in procedures Deliver clear and engaging game briefings to groups of various sizes Oversee gameplay from the control station, provide hints, and enhance the experience through interactive storytelling Facilitate post-game wrap-up, including group photos and merchandise assistance Reset rooms efficiently and accurately using provided guidelines Help maintain props and report or address minor repairs as needed Respond to guest inquiries and assist with reservations in person and by phone Complete opening and closing tasks when scheduled Support overall cleanliness of rooms, common areas, and restrooms Carry out additional tasks as assigned by leadership This position is a great fit for individuals who thrive in a team-oriented environment and enjoy creating fun, memorable moments for others.
