As a Game Master, you will be responsible for guiding participants through their game and providing hints, and ensuring that all players have a memorable time. This role requires a blend of creativity, customer service skills, and the ability to think on your feet. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall experience of our guests while promoting our offerings. Responsibilities Lead participants through various themed escape room experiences, ensuring they understand the rules and objectives. Provide clues and hints to participants as needed, maintaining an engaging atmosphere. Demonstrate excellent customer service by addressing participant inquiries and concerns promptly. Maintain a clean and organized environment within the escape room facilities. Supervise and train new staff members on best practices in customer interaction and game facilitation. Communicate effectively with guests Reset rooms with light cleaning Requirements Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups of people. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing bookings. Experience with product demonstrations and upselling techniques is a plus. Ability to supervise and mentor team members in a fast-paced environment. A passion for creating memorable experiences for guests is essential. Flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and evenings as required.
