We're looking for energetic, warm, welcoming, and hardworking people to join our escape room team in Strongsville and North Olmsted . This isn't your typical part-time job. Our guests come to us to celebrate birthdays, date nights, family outings, and special occasions — and you help make their experience awesome from the moment they walk through the door. What You'll Do As a Game Master / Guest Experience Team Member , you'll: Greet guests with energy and make them feel welcome Explain the escape room rules and get groups excited before their game Monitor games from the control room Provide clues and assistance when players need help Reset rooms accurately for the next group Answer phones and help customers with basic questions Keep the facility and game rooms clean and organized Help keep games running on time and smoothly Work as part of a team to create an unforgettable experience for every guest Who We're Looking For You don't need escape room experience — we can teach you the games. We're looking for people who are: Friendly and comfortable talking to customers Energetic and outgoing Dependable and punctual Hardworking and willing to jump in wherever needed Detail-oriented Able to stay focused while monitoring games Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Available for evenings and weekends
