Welcome, Future Game Master… Think you have what it takes to guide brave adventurers through mind-bending puzzles, hidden clues, and ticking clocks? Escapology Williamsburg is on the hunt for energetic, quick-thinking team players to join our escape room crew! As part of our team, you'll be the mastermind behind the magic—setting the stage, watching the action unfold, and helping guests have an unforgettable (and victorious) escape. No lab coat required, but enthusiasm, reliability, and a love for puzzles are a must.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Hosting and guiding players through immersive escape room experiences
• Monitoring games and delivering well-timed hints (when they really need them)
• Resetting rooms and keeping everything puzzle-perfect
• Providing top-tier customer service with a sense of fun and adventure
• Upsell games and merchandise to customers
• Cleaning and sanitizing the area in and around venue to high standards
• Standing for extended periods of time

Who You Are:

• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable speaking to groups
• Cool under pressure (even when the clock hits 00:01)
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and a great teammate
• Available nights, weekends, and holidays
• Able to multitask; able to manage high pressure situations
• Basic computer operation with the ability to type quickly and accurately
• Good initiative; does tasks that need doing without needing prompting
• Must be able to stand, stoop and lift objects up to 20 pounds during a shift Escape room experience is awesome—but not required.
