Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and fun Game Master to work directly with customers in our fully-immersive experiences at our escape rooms. As a vital team member, you will create memorable moments for guests by interacting with them both face-to-face and through a computer/monitor, while ensuring a safe, welcoming environment. The right person does have opportunity for quick advancement to supervisory level, which includes additional pay. MUST be available year-round. Duties Oversee your assigned room and customers in activity areas, ensuring smooth and engaging guest experiences. Deliver outstanding customer service and operational excellence. Operate a computer/laptop to guide customers through their adventure. Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure all visitors enjoy a positive experience from start to finish. Physically reset your assigned room after game play to ensure a full, exciting adventure for the next guests. Conduct other duties as assigned which may include light cleaning of assigned areas and ensuring maintenance of room props. Must have reliable transportation and be on time for your scheduled shifts.
