Essential Duties:
Ensure concepts meet strategic goals and objectives. Participate in the development of specific programs and planning sessions regarding campaign strategy and concept for significant projects. Participate in and contribute to the new business activities of the company as assigned. Concept and design both print and web elements for all business entities. Maintain graphic resources, visual data, samples, graphic standards, and documentation. Maintain project file management system. Acquire bids and/or quotes for vendor services such as printing and photography. Maintain consistently high graphic standards and be aware of new techniques and trends in the graphic arts. Check and approve all visual materials through all stages of production. Assist other departments with special projects or graphic design needs. Develop relationships with vendors, media reps, and other resources outside the company. Research media opportunities, formats, and costs. Submit final artwork to publications and other media and checks proofs upon receipt. Adhere to schedules and budgets. Ensure that all deadlines are met. Assist in developing copy for projects consistent with inbound marketing principals. Perform other assigned duties as neededKnowledge Requirements:
Basics:
Knowledge of internet marketing, SEO/SEM, e-commerce, marketing practices and strategies. Proficiencies in graphics and video software, pay per click marketing, data analysis, usability, blogging and social networking, e-mail marketing and statistics. An understanding of HTML, CSS, and JQuery and front end web development is a plus. Familiarity with the Wordpress CMS is a plusProblem Solving:

Design- Thorough understanding of graphic design principles and processes for print and web. Technology
