Create engaging digital content, oversee online branding efforts, develop marketing campaigns, and analyze performance metrics to increase visibility, engagement, and lead generation. Education Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field preferred. Experience Requirements 2+ years of experience in marketing, social media management, website management, or web design. Experience managing business social media accounts and creating engaging content. Knowledge of website design, user experience (UX), branding, SEO, and digital marketing strategies. Experience with WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Job Duties Manage and maintain the company website, ensuring content is accurate, user-friendly, and optimized. Create web pages, landing pages, graphics, and digital marketing materials. Develop and execute marketing campaigns for products, services, events, and recruiting efforts. Create, schedule, and manage content across multiple social media platforms. Monitor engagement, respond to messages and reviews, and support online reputation management. Track website traffic, SEO performance, social media analytics, and campaign results. Maintain brand consistency across digital and print marketing materials. Collaborate with leadership to identify promotional opportunities and marketing strategies. Produce content including graphics, photos, videos, blogs, presentations, and email campaigns. Research industry trends and recommend new marketing and web design initiatives. Physical Capabilities Ability to remain seated or stand for extended periods while performing office tasks. Frequent use of computers, telephones, and other standard office equipment. Occasional lifting or moving of office supplies and materials up to 20 pounds. Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, customers, and visitors.
