We are looking for a dynamic Graphics and Website Specialist to take our visual identity and digital platforms to the next level. In this role, you'll own our digital and print presence, transforming complex product details into sleek digital assets, seamless eCommerce experiences, and high-impact marketing collateral that drives our brand forward. Responsibilities Graphic Design Design catalog and brochure content Design tradeshow displays and signage Create sales collateral and other branded marketing materials Design assets for email and social campaigns per Marketing Manager direction Design landing pages to support campaigns Create 3D renderings to support product information Create 2D product dimensional images of product details Create and maintain flipbook and PDF content to enhance customer experience Website Management Upload, update, and maintain website content Maintain and update WooCommerce, including products, pricing, and listings Maintain product integration and data sync from NetSuite (NS) Ensure data synchronization across the website, WooCommerce, and NetSuite Monitor site performance and analytics and report findings to the Marketing Manager Oversee website security and manage regular backups Manage website resources, media library, and digital assets Coordinate and implement website design updates SEO Implement SEO best practices across web content Execute on-page SEO improvements identified through performance monitoring Experience 3+ years of experience in a corporate/agency marketing department. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma or equivalent tools. Familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress; experience managing website content is a plus. Data analysis skills using Google Analytics to interpret user behavior data for ongoing site enhancements. Ability to work independently on projects from concept through implementation while collaborating effectively within a team environment. Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies including email marketing integration via ActiveCampaign or similar platforms is advantageous.
