Responsibilities Develop and implement creative concepts for websites, landing pages, banners, logos, and multimedia content using graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma. Design responsive web interfaces with a focus on user experience (UX), usability, web accessibility standards, and mobile-first approaches using HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular. Create prototypes and wireframes with tools like Adobe XD or InVision to visualize user flows and interactions before development. Collaborate with developers by providing front-end code snippets (HTML, CSS, PHP) and assisting with website maintenance and updates through content management systems such as WordPress or Drupal. Incorporate motion graphics and visual effects using Adobe After Effects or Adobe Animate to enhance digital storytelling. Conduct user research and data analysis using Google Analytics 360 or Adobe Analytics to optimize website performance and improve engagement metrics. Ensure all designs adhere to web accessibility guidelines and best practices for inclusive interaction design across devices. Requirements Proven experience in digital design, web design, UI/UX design, and graphic design with a strong portfolio demonstrating your work across various media. Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or similar tools. Solid understanding of front-end development languages such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (including frameworks like React or Angular), PHP, SQL/MySQL for website production and maintenance. Knowledge of responsive web design principles for mobile optimization across multiple devices. Experience with content management systems like WordPress or Drupal; familiarity with website management tools such as Adobe Dreamweaver or SharePoint is a plus. Strong skills in typography design for media, layout design, information architecture, and wireframing techniques using Balsamiq or Axure. Ability to analyze web analytics data to inform design improvements; experience with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics is preferred. Excellent communication skills paired with the ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams focused on user-centered solutions. A background in digital marketing strategies including email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp or similar platforms is advantageous.
