Collaborate with developers to implement responsive web designs using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks like Bootstrap or Angular. Create engaging motion graphics, animations, and interactive elements to enhance user engagement. Conduct user research and usability testing to refine design solutions and improve overall user experience. Maintain and update existing websites using content management systems such as WordPress or Drupal, ensuring optimal performance and accessibility. Optimize websites for SEO best practices to increase visibility on search engines. Manage website analytics through tools like Google Analytics 360 and Adobe Analytics to inform design improvements. Skills Proficiency in digital design tools including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong understanding of web production technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, React, Angular, Node.js, SQL, MySQL, AJAX, SCSS/SASS, Less (style sheet language), and Git version control. Experience designing for mobile platforms with responsive web design principles. Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and usability best practices to ensure inclusive digital experiences. Ability to create prototypes using tools like UXPin, InVision, Balsamiq or Axure for effective stakeholder communication. Familiarity with content management systems including WordPress, Drupal, SharePoint, and website management tools like Adobe Dreamweaver or Visual Studio Code. Data analysis skills utilizing Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics to evaluate website performance metrics. Understanding of digital marketing strategies including email marketing campaigns via Mailchimp or similar platforms. Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics 360 to track user behavior and optimize site engagement.
