Job Description

Working at enterprise scale, you will lead information architecture, interaction design, prototyping, and validation across multi-page programs. Create information architecture, navigation, wayfinding, and content hierarchy for defined experiences. Translate product, licensing, audience, and business requirements into clear, customer-centered designs. Design and prototype end-to-end journeys from awareness through enrollment or purchase. Apply established Design System patterns, identify opportunities for reuse, and contribute proposed extensions with the design system team. Collaborate with design, content, analytics, engineering, web production, and agency partners to deliver high-quality experiences. Use research findings, feedback, and post-launch data to refine designs and improve comprehension and wayfinding. Participate in design reviews, clearly explain design decisions, and offer constructive feedback to peers. Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 3+ years experience working in product or service design OR equivalent experience (e.g., demonstrated experience working in product or service design or using design thinking to solve problems). Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 5+ years experience working in product or service design, OR Master's Degree in one of those fields AND 3+ years, OR equivalent experience.

Portfolio demonstrating design process, problem-solving, craft, and outcomes.

Working knowledge of information architecture, interaction design, customer journeys, and prototyping in Figma. Experience designing for complex information environments — product catalogs, taxonomies, or content ecosystems. Experience working within an established design system, including components, patterns, tokens, and documentation, and applying those patterns consistently. Experience designing enterprise, e-commerce, security, or technical-product web experiences. Experience using research, analytics, or post-launch performance data to improve designs.

Strong written, verbal, presentation, and design-rationale skills. Experience collaborating across disciplines, or in a consulting or agency environment.
