Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented In-House Developer with at least 1 year of hands-on experience to support and enhance our internal systems, data processes, and automation workflows. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow within a real-world, data-heavy operational environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain scripts and tools using Python, R, and PHP Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, reporting, and analysis Support internal CRM systems and automation workflows Assist with data cleanup, validation, and processing Troubleshoot and resolve basic system and code issues Collaborate with operations and leadership to improve efficiency Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in software development or related role Proficiency in SQL (required) Working knowledge of Python, R, and/or PHP Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to follow direction and execute tasks efficiently Comfortable working in an in-office environment in

$57,600.00 - $76,800.00 per year
