Like our front of house team members and supervisors, General Managers are always busy; either making smoothies, selling & suggesting products, assisting customers, working the POS, or maintaining the cleanliness of the store. All while maintaining, store policy and procedure, guest experience, training, scheduling, inventory, and more! You are setting the highest example of leadership on each and every shift you work on. Qualifications And Skills Seasoned hospitality/restaurant managers with 3+ years of quick service restaurant experience ServSafe certification

• College Education preferred, but not required
• Hard-working, enthusiastic leader with strong communication, excellent customer service, & problem-solving skills Friendly, professional demeanor
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, demanding environment
• Interest in a plant-based, vegan diet is a bonus Passionate about health and wellness is a bonus Advanced typing/basic knowledge of Excel and POS systems Physical requirements of the job include: lifting of objects up to 50 lbs.
