Backend Developer for their Wilmington, DE/ McLean, VA/ Richmond, VA/ New York City, NY/Hybrid location.

Responsibilties:

Data Quality

  • Built a validation component for data security; understands schema drift and backfill handling.
Requirements:

Java, Scala, Spark

AWS Pipeline Experience

  • Hands-on with S3, Glue, Step Functions, and Lambda across multi-stage data pipelines.
    Event-Based Architecture
  • Understand EventBridge rules and S3 event notifications. Know how to handle reruns from event-based triggers.
    Step Functions
  • Understand state machine scheduling and downstream job synchronization.
    Glue and Scaling
  • Comfortable with Glue job configuration and scaling.
