Optimizely Development:

Lead the design| customization| and maintenance of solutions on Optimizely CMS and DXP| ensuring high performance and scalability .

API & Systems Integration:

Backend Architecture:

Build and maintain backend services using .NET C#|

ASP.NET MVC

| and .NET Core. Ensure efficient content workflows| publishing processes| and data consistency .

Digital Experience Optimization:

Implement personalization| A/B testing| and experimentation features to drive business outcomes . Work with Optimizely Web Experimentation and feature flagging .

Technical Leadership:

Conduct code reviews| uphold best practices| and collaborate with cross-functional teams including front-end developers| designers| and project managers .

Performance Tuning:

Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Optimizely CMS integrations| caching| and Core Web Vitals performance .

Essential Skills:

We are seeking a Senior .NET Developer with deep expertise in the Optimizely ecosystem (formerly Episerver) to join our team onsite in Naperville. This role will focus on back-end development| systems integration| and architecting robust content management solutions. The ideal candidate will act as a subject matter expert| working independently to deliver scalable digital experiences while integrating Optimizely with a complex ecosystem of enterprise platforms .
