The Opportunity As a GIS Web AI Developer, Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize operational efficiency through business application consulting. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. Within our Business & Supply Chain Operations practice, you will focus on utilizing Esri's software suite, such as ArcGIS, to analyze, manage, and visualize geographic data across various fields including urban planning, environmental management, and transportation. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions while embracing increased ambiguity. • Utilizing Esri Mapping Software and Geographic Information System ( GIS ) Applications to analyze and visualize geographic data
• Implementing GIS Architecture and Conversion techniques to optimize data management and integration

• Navigating complex urban planning and environmental management projects using GIS tools
• Developing strategic plans for natural resource exploration and transportation projects
