Job Description:

Technical Lead This is a W2 position and requires US Work Authorization (USC /GC) Role Overview Experienced Technical Lead specializing in building scalable, high-performance backend systems using Java and microservices architecture. Responsible for leading development teams, driving low-level design, and delivering robust enterprise applications using modern technologies and best practices. Key Responsibilities Lead a team of developers in low-level design, development, and implementation of enterprise applications Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and best practice enforcement across Java, Spring, and database technologies Design and develop scalable microservices using Spring Boot and REST APIs Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to define requirements, timelines, and deliverables Troubleshot and resolved complex production issues ensuring high availability and performance Implement CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments using OpenShift/Kubernetes Leverage AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude) to enhance productivity and code quality Current with industry trends including Generative AI and Agentic AI applications Key Achievements Led delivery of high-performance backend services supporting scalable enterprise systems Improved development efficiency through AI-assisted coding tools and automation frameworks Enhanced system reliability through robust testing strategies and microservices architecture Optimized API performance and throughput using Kafka and API Gateway solutions (Apigee)
