DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design, build, evaluate, and ship LLM-based backend solutions for the interactive AI DJ and "Talk to client " features.

Write, deploy, and maintain distributed, high-volume backend services operating at global scale.

Collaborate with cross-functional partners in user research, design, data science, product management, and engineering to launch new personalized features.

Drive API development and system architecture to serve stakeholder requirements and reduce custom one-off implementations.

Participate in rapid experimentation and continuous iteration within an autonomous, cross-functional agile team.

Engage with and influence the broader backend developer community to shape company-wide architectural standards.

qualifications:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Solid track record in backend engineering, writing and operating distributed, high-scale production services. Hands-on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) or Machine Learning systems in a production environment. Strong background in system design, data structures, algorithms, and API development. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, experimental environment with clear target deadlines.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Prior experience with client systems, tools, or past experience as a client contractor. Excellent cross-functional communication and technical presentation skills.
