Job Description

Designs and implements enterprise workflow automation and Ashby ATS integrations using Workato, APIs, custom code, and AI-enabled automation tools. Job Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. 7+ years of experience in enterprise integrations and workflow process automation. Strong hands-on expertise with Workato. Experience integrating Ashby ATS with enterprise systems. Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Go, Java, or JavaScript. Experience designing and developing scalable REST APIs. Experience building modular, production-grade software solutions. Experience deploying integration and automation solutions into production environments. Knowledge of secure integration architecture and API design. Experience developing workflows that combine low-code/no-code platforms with custom-coded solutions. Experience with prompt engineering and LLM-powered enterprise workflows. Experience maintaining technical documentation for audit, compliance, and operational requirements. Preferred Skills Experience integrating Ashby ATS with HRIS platforms. Experience integrating recruiting, sourcing, interview scheduling, assessment, background check, and onboarding systems. Experience building reporting or data warehouse integrations. Experience using Ashby APIs for custom integration development. Experience with AI-driven workflow automation. Experience with enterprise change management processes. Experience designing reusable Workato recipes, connectors, and integration components. Job Responsibilities Build and enhance enterprise integrations and automated business workflows using Workato. Develop Ashby ATS integrations with HRIS, recruiting, scheduling, assessment, onboarding, reporting, and related enterprise systems. Analyze business processes and translate requirements into technical integration solutions. Design secure, scalable, and maintainable integration architectures. Develop and maintain REST APIs and custom integration services. Use custom programming where low-code or no-code capabilities do not meet technical requirements. Build modular integration components that can be reused across enterprise workflows. Develop AI- and LLM-enabled workflow functionality using prompt engineering techniques. Test, deploy, monitor, and maintain production integration solutions. Support data synchronization, transformation, routing, and error-handling requirements across connected systems. Maintain technical documentation for integrations, workflows, APIs, controls, and operational processes. Implement integration changes in accordance with established change management and compliance requirements.
