In-Person Technical Webmaster / Website Operations Specialist Pinhole Academy Alhambra, CA Job Details Temporary | Contract From $35 an hour 18 hours ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Website maintenance CSS WordPress DocuSign User flows Google Search Console Marketing analytics Growth marketing strategy HTML Full Job Description Pinhole Academy is looking for a local, in-person Technical Webmaster / Website Operations Specialist to help improve and organize our website and online registration systems for professional dental education courses. We are looking for someone practical, technical, and detail-oriented who can work with our existing websites and systems. This role is not primarily a design or branding project. The main goal is to improve the online registration experience, clean up outdated web pages, organize registration-related links, and help our team better track the process from inquiry to registration. The ideal person should be comfortable working with websites, forms, payment workflows, basic automation, and internal tracking systems. About the role We need help reviewing and improving our current online registration flow. This may include website updates, old-page cleanup, form improvements, registration workflow review, and better internal tracking. The person in this role should be able to come into our office, sit with our team, understand how registration currently works, identify technical or workflow problems, and help implement practical fixes. Responsibilities may include Reviewing current registration-related website pages Identifying outdated or confusing website content Updating or redirecting old pages as needed Improving the user flow for course registration Reviewing and improving online forms Helping organize payment, agreement, and course-access tracking Setting up or improving internal notifications Helping connect form submissions to spreadsheets, CRM, or other tracking tools Testing website pages and forms on desktop and mobile Documenting changes and explaining the workflow to staff Helping our team create a more reliable registration process Helpful experience Please apply if you have hands-on experience with some of the following: WordPress and/or Wix Website page editing and troubleshooting URL redirects and basic website maintenance Jotform or similar form tools Stripe or payment-link workflows DocuSign or agreement workflow coordination Zapier, Make, or similar automation tools Google Sheets, Airtable, HubSpot, or CRM tracking Landing pages and lead forms Basic

Mobile website testing Registration funnels, enrollment systems, or lead tracking workflows You do not need to be a full software engineer, but you should be technical enough to troubleshoot websites, forms, links, redirects, and workflow issues. Ideal candidate The right person is: Local and able to work in person Practical and hands-on Detail-oriented Comfortable working with existing systems Able to troubleshoot website and form issues Able to explain technical problems clearly Organized enough to document changes Comfortable working with a small team Able to provide realistic time estimates Focused on making the registration process easier and more reliable What this role is not This is not a full website redesign project. This is not an SEO-only role. This is not an ads management role. This is not a pure graphic design role. This is a technical website operations and registration workflow improvement project. Time commitment and payment This is an hourly project , but we would like to work with clear estimates and approved work blocks. We may begin with a short public-page review, followed by a paid discovery/audit before approving the full project. After the initial review, we would like the candidate to provide: Estimated hours needed Suggested project phases What can be fixed quickly What may require more time What access or information is needed Which items should be prioritized first Initial project may require approximately 20-30 hours per week for 3-4 weeks , with possible ongoing support afterward.
