Telecommunications Technician

Job Summary We are currently hiring motivated individuals to join our growing telecommunications and utility construction team! This position involves field work related to telecommunications infrastructure, power supply installations, utility support systems, site surveys, and general construction labor. No prior telecommunications experience is required - we are willing to train the right candidates. Experience in telecommunications, underground utilities, electrical work, or construction is a major plus. This is a hands-on outdoor position that requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities Assist with telecommunications equipment installations and maintenance Perform field surveys and site documentation Work around power supply cabinets, generators, batteries, and utility equipment Support construction and utility crews as needed Operate basic hand tools and equipment Follow safety procedures and company guidelines Maintain accurate work records and photos Travel to assigned job locations Requirements Valid driver's license (Required) Must be able to pass a drug screening Must be able to pass a background check Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to lift 50+ lbs Dependable transportation Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to travel when needed Preferred Qualifications (Not Required) Telecommunications experience Construction or underground utility experience Electrical or low-voltage experience Experience operating equipment or towing trailers OSHA certifications Benefits Competitive pay Opportunity for advancement Paid training Overtime opportunities Travel opportunities Consistent work pipeline Why Join Us?
