Telecommunicator

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Taking detailed information over the phone and/or radio Entering information into CAD Taking 911 Medical Calls Talking to EMS crews via radio terminals Prioritizing calls from most emergent to least emergent Assuring proper procedures and policies are followed Good communication skills Ability to type Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and programs The ability to work in a fast-paced environment The ability to work under pressure and high stress situations Good organizational skills The ability to balance multiple tasks The ability to sit for extended periods of timeAvailable to work a variety of shifts including holidays and weekends Reliable transportation Experience in Emergency Services is a plus but not required. 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance
