Qualifications & Experience:

Active and unencumbered RN license Previous experience in Telemetry, Progressive Care, or Cardiac Monitoring strongly preferred BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong critical thinking and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team Compassionate approach to patient care and family support

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct ongoing assessment and monitoring of telemetry patients Interpret and document cardiac rhythms, identifying and reporting any significant changes Administer medications and treatments per provider orders Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families to create individualized care plans Educate patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing care Maintain high standards of safety, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times Adhere to facility protocols, infection control, and regulatory requirements
