Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team. The Dental Receptionist will be responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling billing and insurance claims.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Proven experience working in a dental office or similar healthcare setting
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency in computer skills, including experience with dental software programs
• Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance practices

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and check in patients upon their arrival
• Schedule and confirm appointments over the phone and in person
• Maintain patient records and update as necessary
• Handle billing and insurance processing, including verifying coverage and submitting claims
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the dental office staff
