50/hr | Onsite We are seeking an experienced Test Engineer for a temporary opportunity supporting automotive vehicle and ECU testing in Raymond, OH. This role is ideal for candidates with automotive electrical systems experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and a background in vehicle validation, diagnostics, and test engineering. Responsibilities Develop and execute test plans, procedures, and validation activities for automotive components and systems
Perform vehicle and lab-based testing to verify product performance and design requirements
Analyze test data, identify failures, and recommend corrective actions
Prepare test equipment, collect results, and create technical reports and presentations
Read and interpret electrical schematics, circuits, and diagnostic data
Work cross-functionally with suppliers, manufacturing, service, and engineering teams
Support structured development and testing processes Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering preferred
6 years of related experience may replace degree requirement
5+ years of test engineering experience required
Strong understanding of automotive electrical/electronic systems and ECUs
Experience with diagnostic tools, oscilloscopes, and vehicle testing equipment
Familiarity with CAN tools, MATLAB, C/C#, or embedded systems is a plus
Valid driver's license required
