• Masters Degree in Social Work (or other related field)
• Must be eligible for Licensure (CSW, LPCA, etc.) or be looking to take their CSW in the upcoming weeks.
• Valid Driver's License and Car Insurance Responsibilities of an In-Home Therapist
• Ensure compliance with contract guidelines
• Completing face-to-face intake
• Provide screening and assessment services
• Identifying treatment needs
• Provide ongoing treatment services to clients
• Formulate treatment recommendations
