Non-Exempt Description:
The team lead focuses on leading and supporting a sales and shop team to ensure smooth daily operations, strong sales performance, and excellent customer service. Managing staff, coordinating workflow, maintaining accurate inventory and documentation, enforcing safety and company standards, and driving productivity and continuous improvement. Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Lead weekly team meetings covering schedules, goals, performance, safety, and team engagement Supervise daily sales operations while coaching, training, and supporting staff development Foster a positive, professional, and productive work environment, including onboarding new employees Oversee sales performance, ensuring targets are met and processes, promotions, and service standards are followed Support customer interactions by guiding communication, assisting with sales, and resolving escalated issues Ensure all customers receive prompt, professional, and courteous service Coordinate workflow between the front counter and shop to maintain efficiency and timely job completion Maintain accurate documentation, enforce company policies, and oversee vehicle assessments and repair decisions Monitor and manage inventory, including tracking tire stock and ensuring accurate handling of delivery tickets Track team productivity, report performance to management, drive process improvements, and enforce safety and cleanliness standards Assists all customers and co-workers while being polite and courteous at all times. Follows all safety policies and procedures.Qualifications:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience or knowledge in the automotive industry.Certificates and Licenses:
