Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Title & Closing Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring smooth and accurate loan closing processes by providing comprehensive support in title and escrow procedures. Your expertise will help facilitate seamless transactions, maintain compliance with industry regulations, and deliver exceptional service to our clients. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong analytical skills, and are passionate about the mortgage and financial services industry, this opportunity is perfect for you! We will either need you to be a Notary Public or be willing to become a Notary Public. We will provide 3 weeks paid vacation/personal leave effective in 2027. Responsibilities Assist with the preparation and review of title commitments, escrow instructions, and closing documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with federal and state regulations. Coordinate with realtors, escrow officers, attorneys, and lenders to facilitate timely closing of loans. Support loan officers and underwriters by providing necessary documentation related to the closing process. Verify that all contractual obligations are met by reviewing contracts, loan agreements, and related paperwork. Conduct basic math calculations to confirm figures related to escrow accounts, taxes, insurance premiums, and loan amounts. Maintain detailed records of all transactions, including escrow accounts, loan processing steps, and closing documentation. Ensure compliance with mortgage servicing standards and banking regulations throughout the closing process. Research and obtain lien payoffs, releases, and back title policies. Communicate clearly with internal teams, lenders, and external parties to resolve outstanding items.

Enjoy administrative, document-heavy work and take pride in getting the details rights. Type at least 40 WPM with strong accuracy. Communicate professional in writing and on the phone - even under pressure. Are self-motivated and can manage your workload independently while collaborating well with a team. Are comfortable juggling multiple tasks and following through until everything is complete. Are proficient in basic math skills including 10-key typing for data entry accuracy. Helpful Experience (but not required): Office administration, data entry, or clerical work. Background in real estate, mortgage, banking, legal, or other document-intensive roles. Experience handling, multiple deadlines with strong attention to detail.Pay:
