Key Responsibilities:
Sands and prepares surface for painting. Ensure surfaces are clean, smooth and ready to accept new paint. Builds topcoat thickness of high gloss finish. Reads blueprints to understand parts and how they relate to each other. Inspects and evaluates the quality of the finished product. Adhere to all health, safety and environmental regulations. Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure projects are completed on schedule and according to specifications. Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:

Proven experience as painter with in-depth knowledge on mixing and matching paint colors and chemicals.- Proficient in setting up, using and maintaining gravity fed HVLP guns and pump style spray systems.
- Keen technique for polishing and buffing to achieve a flawless smooth result.
- Comprehension of technical documentation and instructions to ensure correct mixing ratios and application methods.

Frequently required to use fingers, hands, and arms to handle and reach. Able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Required to wear a full-face respirator with filtration during paint operations. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.Work Environment:

- Ability to frequently be exposed to flashing lights.
