Cabins For You is looking for Inspectors to join our team in Pigeon Forge, TN. We are a family-oriented company that is focused on providing the best product to our customers while supporting our local community. We are currently looking for inspectors to help with a variety of duties, including but not limited to: Ensure cabins are ready for occupancy by performing routine inspection expectations prior to guest arrival.

Address minor maintenance issues:

Change light bulbs, air filters, and batteries if needed. Light Cleaning as necessary. Help guest relations with various reported guest issues: Wi-Fi troubleshooting, Cable Box/TV issues, Hot Tub Breakers Reset Perform deep clean inspections as needed, assisting with overall upkeep Travel to numerous cabins daily using the company vehicle. Complete reports and submit them in a timely manner. Communicate all housekeeping and maintenance issues to the supervisor.

Requirements:

Minimum age of 21 years, valid driver's license and vehicle insurance. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Computer skills and knowledge of Excel Spreadsheets. Access to Email to send reports and pictures. Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening Ability to work independently and collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
