Position Overview:

We are seeking experienced Tow Truck Drivers to join our growing team. This is a full-time position with flexible scheduling options, including weekday and weekend availability.

Schedule Options:

Monday through Friday Monday through Saturday Weekend shifts available

Compensation & Perks:

Earn 30% commission on each tow Average earnings: $1,100 - $1,350+ per week (low end) Higher earning potential with additional calls and higher-value tows Free gym membership provided

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate a tow truck for vehicle transport and roadside assistance Provide professional, respectful, and efficient customer service Respond quickly to dispatched calls Perform daily inspections of truck and equipment Follow all safety and company procedures

Requirements:

Valid Driver's License Must meet Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) requirements Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Must be able to pass a drug test Previous towing or roadside assistance experience strongly preferred Reliable, punctual, and professional
