Tow Truck Driver

Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Tow Truck Driver and become the essential link in providing prompt, reliable roadside assistance and vehicle recovery services. In this energetic role, you will operate various tow trucks, including flatbed and hook-and-chain models, to safely transport vehicles in a variety of situations. Responsibilities Operate tow trucks safely and efficiently to recover, load, and transport vehicles across different terrains and conditions Conduct thorough vehicle inspections before and after towing to identify mechanical issues or damages Load and unload vehicles carefully using appropriate equipment such as flatbeds. Communicate clearly with customers, dispatchers, and emergency responders to coordinate timely assistance Manage conflict situations professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining safety standards Maintain accurate records of all towing activities, vehicle details, and service logs for accountability Experience Proven experience operating tow trucks, especially flatbed or heavy-duty models Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform basic automotive diagnostics and repairs Hands-on experience with manual transmissions and automotive repair techniques Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage conflict calmly and effectively Prior experience in roadside assistance or emergency vehicle recovery is highly desirable

Pay:

$35,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
