1st shift: Monday - Friday | 6am - 3pm

Pay:

$17.50/hour Job Summary Aventure Staffing is seeking a motivated and physically active Line Loader. This is a fast-paced, industrial environment where precision and physical stamina are key.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•

Production Loading:

Remove cases from pallets and place them onto conveyors; remove empty flats from stackers. •

Quality Control:

Ensure plastic flats are clean of debris and follow all Standard Operating Procedures •

Maintenance:

Perform minor troubleshooting on production loaders and promptly report mechanical issues to management. •

Workflow Coordination:

Work closely to maintain a steady flow of production. •

Sanitation:

Keep the machine area neat and maintain sanitary conditions in your workspace Requirements & Physical Demands •

Lifting:

Ability to safely lift and carry up to 25 lbs. •

Stamina:

Able to stand on hard surfaces for most of the shift; must be able to bend, stoop, crouch, reach, and climb stairs. •

Coordination:
