Job Description
OSHA/DOT
compliance to ensure a safe work environment for all employees Follows documented processes for reporting, analyzing, and following up on employee injuries and accidents. Ensures employees complete a daily pre/post-trip and reviews daily Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field, or at least 1-5 years of supervisory experience High School Diploma required Experience with TMW and People Net preferred Ability to work in fast paced environment. Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful situations Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Working knowledge of transportation / mechanical equipment Working knowledge ofOSHA, DOT, HAZMAT, FDA
regulations and the willingness to become certified in one or more of these areas as necessary Excellent talent management and team building skills Excellent verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills Excellent customer service skills specifically with external clients Excellent analytical and mathematical skills Bilingual English/Spanish preferred at select locations We are excited to share that the base salary range for this position is $59,974.20 - $79,965.60. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, targeted at 8%. NFI takes into consideration applicants' qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location when determining a starting rate of pay.
