Job Description Aircraft Loading Supervisor Location:

Miami (FL) Employment level: Direct entry

Function:

Airport Staff Working time: Full time Publishing date: 09-01-2026 Application deadline: 09-15-2026 Your Responsibilities Tasks From safe operations to on-time departures, your leadership keeps aircraft handling running smoothly.

Explore the tasks:

Supervision of ramp functions Operational safety/load security checks on aircraft prior to departure, which also includes the coordination of all operational activities during irregularities Coordination of all phases of aircraft handling, including catering, cleaning, fueling, cargo handling, authorities, crew and passenger boarding/de-boarding as well as pushback and walkout assistance. Supervision of service partners during all phases of aircraft loading/unloading, including checking on correct buildup/preparation of cargo - destined for bulk loading or in unit load devices Ensure all cargo, mail or luggage is properly tied down or secured in the compartments Regularly check and ensure the adherence to LHG standards and procedures

• Perform other tasks and/or projects, as assigned What We Are Looking For Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have a combination of the below requirements: High school diploma/GED required Bachelor's degree desirable 1-3 years of work experience in aircraft handling required Fluency in English language required Successful completion of Training in Aircraft Handling (including DCS systems) required Valid ALS Qualification required Knowledge of Emergency Response (SERP) planning required Knowledge of passenger handling and gate processes preferred PC skills including all MS Office programs as user Excellent ability to work under pressure Willingness to travel Must possess a valid driver's license Must be willing to work shifts Must possess a legal work permit in the U.S.
