The Idaho Falls Airport is hiring an Airport Maintenance and Operations Supervisor. This is professional and supervisory work in the field of airport maintenance and operations. An employee in this position is responsible for training, assigning, supervising, and evaluating the work of skilled and unskilled subordinate employees. General direction is received from the Airport Operations Manager, but the employee has considerable latitude in establishing work priorities, schedules, and related assignments. The employee will exercise independent judgement in carrying out assignments. Performs a variety of first-line supervisory and general and skilled duties related to planning, organizing and scheduling ongoing maintenance, repair and upkeep of airport runways and associated pavements, and airport property grounds, vehicles and buildings. High school diploma or equivalent; AND Four (4) years of experience in airport operations at a 14 CFR Part 139 certificated airport to include equipment operations and general maintenance, electrical, plumbing, and pavement repair. OR An equivalent combination of education and experience.
