Tasks This is a highly visible role that offers broad exposure to operational, commercial, & strategic topics. You will work closely with stations, ground handling partners, regional teams & headquarters to drive performance, solve complex challenges, and implement sustainable improvements.

What You'll Do:

Drive operational performance/continuous improvement Enhance safety, security, service quality, compliance, reliability & operational efficiency Monitor operational performance indicators Identify opportunities for improvement Lead performance reviews, operational assessments, audits & station visits Analyze trends, root causes & operational risks Develop sustainable corrective actions Act as focal point for operational projects, improvements/strategic initiatives Collaborate closely with colleagues at headquarters & across the global network to implement best practices & operational standards Manage supplier performance/foster strong partnerships with stakeholders Provide operational expertise during irregular operations, escalations & critical situations Takeover of additional tasks when required Behind the scenes Important to Know Travel Is a Core Part of This Role Depending on business priorities typically ranges between 30%-50% of working time Leadership Through Influence The role does not have direct reports.
