Duties and Responsibilities:

Uses a two-way radio, telephone, or bus intercom system to communicate and receive information concerning AOA operations, both verbally and through text messaging. Directs and assists airline passengers on and off of DFW buses to ensure AOA safety. Assists passengers as needed with carry-on luggage. Assists team in boarding/deboarding and securing guests in wheelchairs. Locates and retrieves items left on buses. Assists in maintaining cleanliness of fleet vehicles. Uniforms are provided.
