We are currently hiring School Bus Drivers to join our team. Whether you're an experienced, fully certified school bus driver or interested in starting a new career in student transportation, we encourage you to apply. Already have a valid CDL with Passenger (P) and School Bus (S) endorsements and Level 1 IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card? You may qualify for our $1,500 Sign-On Bonus• Not certified yet? That's okay! We provide paid classroom and behind-the-wheel training to help qualified candidates obtain the credentials necessary to become a School Bus Driver. Please note that candidates who fall in this category are not eligible for the sign-on bonus.

What We Offer:

Starting rate of $26.00 up to $30.00/hr Guaranteed 5 hours Per Workday $1,500 Sign-on Bonus for pre-certified CDL drivers with P, S endorsements• Paid Training for candidates who are not yet certified (must obtain CDL permit & Level 1 IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card) Flexible Schedule Some nights & weekends (optional) Paid classroom training, behind-the-wheel, and 3rd party testing. Position:

As a Desert Choice Certified CDL School Bus Driver, you will safely transport school-aged students along designated routes to and from school and other approved destinations. Additional opportunities may be available to provide transportation for field trips, activities, charter services, and other client needs. Primary Responsibilities Safely operate a school bus Pick up and drop off students at established stops and destinations Perform required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Follow all applicable safety procedures and transportation regulations Attend and participate in required company and safety meetings including trainings Maintain a clean, safe, and professional vehicle environment Provide courteous and professional service to students, families, schools, and clients Participate in field trips, activity trips, and charter assignments as available or requested Sing on bonus

Qualifications:

To qualify for the $1,500 sign-on bonus: Candidates must be pre-certified and possess a valid CDL with Passenger (P) and School Bus (S) endorsements Employee must remain in the assigned position for at least 90 days to receive the bonus• Candidates who receive company-sponsored training to obtain their required credentials are not eligible for the pre-certified driver sign-on bonus
