This role runs Monday through Friday, 8:45am3:35pm, offering a balanced schedule within a collaborative educational environment.

Qualifications:

Valid CT Educator Certification required Masters or Specialist-Level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program Knowledge of psychological assessments, special education processes, and individualized education plans (IEPs) Strong communication, consultation, and advocacy skills Previous experience in a school setting preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations and assessments to support academic, social, and emotional growth Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with staff and families Provide individual and group counseling as needed Deliver crisis intervention and connect students with appropriate resources Consult with teachers and administrators to develop positive behavior interventions Maintain accurate records and documentation consistent with school and district standards
