Job Description
WRTD is hiring Full Time and Part Time Bus Drivers for University of Connecticut campus routes and local Regional Fixed Route services. Apply online or in person at 28 South Frontage Road, Mansfield Center, 06250. Position Overview Bus Operators are responsible for the operation of the various vehicles and for the safe and orderly transportation of passengers to and from their destinations. Work includes completion of daily inspection of the vehicle, maintaining accurate trip records, assisting passengers as required, radio communications, and any other related duties as assigned by the Director of Operations. All candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening. WRTD is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
