Responsibilities Operate various types of vehicles safely in all types of weather and traffic conditions according to prescribed routes and time schedules. Provide assistance to passengers with disabilities, including the securing of wheelchairs and other mobility devices. Maintain a clean and organized vehicle at all times. Perform daily vehicle inspections and complete necessary documentation for compliance and safety. Maintain accurate records of travel and passenger details as required. Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members to report delays, accidents, or other traffic and transportation situations. Adhere to local traffic laws and regulations as well as company policies and procedures. Required Skills Strong driving skills and familiarity with GPS devices and route management tools. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle emergencies and stressful situations calmly. Basic mechanical knowledge to manage minor vehicle repairs.
