Job Description

Midwest Transit Equipment seeks qualified Part-Time Bus Delivery Driver for our Swansea, IL location. This is a great opportunity for a recent retiree looking to stay active! Hours per week in our slower off-season can range from 20 hours and up to 40 per week. During our busy summer season (May - September), 40+ hours a week is likely

Description:
The delivery driver will work with other members of the Midwest Transit Equipment delivery team to increase customer satisfaction by safely delivering complete, accurate and on-time deliveries to the company's customers. The driver will represent the company in a highly professional, safe and cost effective manner that complies with DOT and other applicable regulations.
Requirements:
Clean driving record Valid Class B driver's license with Passenger, School Bus, and Air-Brake endorsement Comply with Department of Transportation standards. Drives bus in accordance to established safety procedures. Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and fuel the bus as needed. Prepare and maintains records in accordance to the standards and regulations established by DOT.
