Job Description
We are seeking a reliable Bus Driver to transport passengers safely and efficiently, including passengers in wheelchairs and other medical aids. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be able to educate passengers on safety procedures, and maintain the necessary documentation. Multiple shift options available. Duties
- Safely operate a bus following a set schedule and route
- Communicate with passengers in a clear and courteous manner
- Educate passengers on safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Drive defensively and adhere to traffic regulations
- Maintain interior and exterior cleanliness of vehicle
- Adhere to confidentiality and all agency policies
- Provide exceptional customer service to all passengers
- Maintain accurate, legible, and complete records and submit on a timely basis. Requirements
- 5 years safe driving experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of passengers
- Ability to bend, stoop, and climb stairs
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on passenger safety and satisfaction
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
