Join the Metro Coach Team in Taylor, MI Are you a professional driver who loves variety, travel, and delivering exceptional customer service? Metro Coach is looking for high-energy, safety-focused OTR Professional Coach Drivers to join our growing charter bus team! As a charter bus operation based in Taylor, Michigan , no two days at Metro Coach are exactly the same. One day, you may be transporting a local sports team to the airport. Another day, you could be heading out of state for a multi-day family reunion, group tour, special event, or corporate trip. At Metro Coach, our drivers enjoy the opportunity to travel, meet new people, and be part of memorable experiences for our clients. When trips take you out of state, Metro Coach covers all necessary out-of-state expenses in addition to your premium pay and gratuities . You will also be welcomed by our experienced team of professional drivers, who will help train you the Metro Coach way so you feel confident delivering the consistent, exceptional service our clients know and trust. What We Offer Full-time position $25.00 per hour for Motor Coach driving $20.00 per hour for smaller vehicles Great gratuity opportunities Out-of-state travel expenses paid by Metro Coach Supportive team environment Training from experienced professional drivers A variety of trips and destinations Benefits 401(k) Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off Qualifications Must be available full time with open availability Must be willing to go over the road as needed Must have a valid CDL Class A or B license with Passenger Endorsement Must have at least 2 years of CDL passenger endorsement experience , such as school bus, charter bus, or other passenger transportation experience Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card Must speak English fluently Must pass a pre-employment drug screen Must have an acceptable motor vehicle record for interstate travel Must be able to lift approximately 50 lbs. , including luggage Must have an acceptable rating through the FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse Must meet dress code requirements, including black suit and black shoes Drive With Purpose.
