School Bus Driver Employment Type:
Full-time, Year-Round (including Summer Employment)

We take pride in maintaining a supportive work environment for our drivers and staff, ensuring students get to and from school safely every day.
Position Summary:
We are seeking responsible and dependable School Bus Drivers to join our growing team. This position offers year-round employment opportunities, including summer routes and programs. Drivers are responsible for the safe and timely transportation of students along assigned routes and to special events as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate a school bus along designated routes and schedules.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all passengers at all times.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the bus.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly vehicle.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff as needed.
  • Report any incidents, mechanical issues, or delays promptly.
Qualifications:
  • Valid CDL (Commercial Drivers License) required.
  • Valid School Bus (S) and Passenger (P) endorsements required.
  • Strong safety record and commitment to student safety.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and patience when working with children.
  • Reliable, punctual, and responsible work habits.
  • Prior school bus driving experience preferred, but not required.
