What You'll Do:

You are more than a driver; you are ensuring that the most critical journey of the day is safe, reliable, and positive. Own the

Journey:

Operate a school bus with the highest level of safety and professionalism, transporting students to and from school and district functions.

Safety First:

Be the primary guardian of student well-being from the moment they step onto the vehicle until they safely reach their destination. This includes comprehensive pre-trip safety inspections.

Positive Presence:

Serve as a consistent, reliable presence, helping to set a respectful and safe tone for students as they transition to and from their learning environment.

Team Collaboration:

Work effectively with the School Bus Attendant (when assigned) and follow assigned bus routes and schedules. ESM is committed to supporting our team members who are essential to our district's operation.
