Orange County Transit, LLC is hiring for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year ! We are seeking fully licensed BPS or CPS School Bus Drivers for our Walden location . We offer highly flexible scheduling, including Part-Time, Per Diem, Trips, and Charter work.

Guaranteed Hours:

Average 25-30 hours per week

Competitive Pay:

Earn up to $28.51/hour (Big Bus) or up to$26.66/hour (Small Bus) based on experience and location.

Work Variety:

Choose from regular school routes, special trips, and charter work.

Requirements License:

Valid CDL Class B or Class C License with "P" (Passenger) and "S" (School Bus) endorsements and airbrakes.

Age:

Must be at least 23 years or older.

Background:

Ability to pass a DOT drug screening, DOT physical exam, and background checks.

Driving Record:

Must have and maintain a clean driving history.

Experience:

Minimum of 1-2 years of school bus driving experience is preferred. Looking to start a new Career? Free "Behind the Wheel"

Training Program:

No Experience... No Problem!!! We offer free classes to help you obtain your CDL permit. Once you obtain your CDL permit we will train you behind the wheel to become a School Bus Driver!
